UltraStaff is a privately owned corporation located in Houston, Texas. Since its inception in 1986, UltraStaff has been owned and managed by husband and wife team, Russell and Jolyn Scheirman. The owners and employees of UltraStaff pride themselves on offering a valuable service to both our clients and to the medical professionals who work with us.

Russell Scheirman, a former McKinsey and Company, Inc. Consultant, has extensive experience in assisting Fortune 500 companies with their strategic plans, restructuring and cost controls. Mr. Scheirman has both a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from California Lutheran University.

Prior to founding UltraStaff, Jolyn West Scheirman obtained her personnel staffing and placement experience in a large hospital corporation and at a national temporary staffing firm. Mrs. Scheirman has a B.S. degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, an M.S. degree in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Master of Business (M.B.A.) degree from California Lutheran University. Mrs. Scheirman is a Certified Personnel Consultant as presented by the National Association of Personnel Services.
